Life Admin OS:
Horizon Desk

Expiry runway for life papers

Keep passports, insurance policies, warranties, medical cards, tax deadlines, and household renewals visible before they lapse. File them in a private vault, watch Continuity across life domains, and open Renewal Packets when a date approaches — all on your iPhone or iPad.

What it does

Everything your household paperwork needs, in one calm desk.

Horizon Desk turns scattered drawers, email attachments, and camera-roll receipts into a structured record you can trust — from the first filed item to the stamped renewal.

01

Expiry Runway

See upcoming horizons ranked by urgency bands so critical renewals surface before they expire.

02

Document Vault

File IDs, policies, warranties, medical cards, taxes, and more — search, filter, and attach photos with on-device text recognition.

03

Renewal Packets

Open category-aware checklists, track steps on device, and stamp a new expiry when the renewal is done.

04

Month Board

Plan the month on a calendar heatmap and keep a renewal history of every horizon you stamp.

05

Household Desk

Coverage map for household members, monthly brief, Query Desk answers, and field playbooks — all generated on device.

06

Reminders & export

Optional local expiry reminders, PDF dossier export, Next Horizons widget, and a Log Warranty shortcut.

About

Built for people who keep too many important papers.

Life Admin OS: Horizon Desk is an independent life-administration companion for iPhone and iPad. We built it for household organizers who are tired of discovering an expired passport, lapsed policy, or forgotten warranty only when it is already too late.

Inside the app you file obligations on an Expiry Runway, raise Continuity across watched domains, complete Renewal Packets, and keep family coverage clear on Desk. Sample vault content is optional if you want to explore first.

Organizational only — not legal, tax, medical, or insurance advice. Always confirm requirements with the official issuer or provider for your jurisdiction. Horizon Desk is not affiliated with any government agency, insurer, bank, or document authority.

The desk promise

File the record. Watch the horizon. Stamp the renewal.

Privacy policy

Your vault never leaves your hands.

Life Admin OS: Horizon Desk is built around local storage. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sell your personal information.

Effective date: August 31, 2026 · Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Life Admin OS: Horizon Desk (the “Application”) handles information when you use our life-administration companion app for iPhone and iPad. The Application is provided by Andrii Lemeshchuk (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Information We Collect

The Application does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location inside the app to create a profile. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

  • Household member labels and roles you create
  • Document and obligation records (titles, domains, providers, references, notes, dates)
  • Optional photo attachments and on-device OCR text you choose to save
  • Renewal history, packet checklist progress, and playbook step progress
  • App preferences (watched domains, reminder lead days, lock setting, export title)
  • Optional sample demonstration content you load or remove

How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. Features such as Expiry Runway, Continuity Score, Renewal Packets, Board, Desk, Query Desk, and PDF export operate using data stored on your device.

On-Device Processing

If you attach a receipt or warranty photo, the Application may use Apple’s on-device Vision frameworks to recognize text. That processing happens on your device; we do not receive your photos or OCR results on a remote server operated by us.

Notifications & Device Authentication

If you enable expiry reminders, the Application uses Apple’s local notification frameworks on your device. If you enable vault lock, the Application may use Local Authentication (such as Face ID or device passcode) through Apple system frameworks. We do not receive biometric data.

Widget & App Intents

The optional Next Horizons widget and Log Warranty shortcut use Apple system frameworks and shared on-device storage (including an App Group when configured) so glanceable continuity and upcoming dates can appear on your Home Screen. This data stays on your device.

Third-Party Services

The Application does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, or marketing trackers. Distribution and optional App Store services are provided by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

Data Storage & Retention

All of your vault content remains in the Application’s private storage on your device. There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the Application permanently removes associated local data from your device (subject to any backups you make yourself through Apple’s system tools).

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on our servers. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, the app aligns with COPPA and similar standards for local-only tools.

Your Control

You can edit or delete records at any time, remove sample content, clear attachments, disable reminders or vault lock, or uninstall the Application to remove stored content from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
